This policy explains what data WriteX (operated by LISAN AI - FZE) collects when you use the service at https://app.lisan.com, why, and the control you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, and organization membership, so you can sign in and admins can manage teams.
- Text you check: the documents and passages you submit for proofreading, processed to return corrections. On on-premises deployments this text never leaves your infrastructure.
- Style guide and dictionary content: the rules, terms, and name lexicons your organization configures.
- Usage statistics: error counts and quality scores that power your personal and team analytics.
- Operational logs: basic request and error logs to keep the service running and secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents to train models for other customers. We do not show third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account and its data. Contact support@lisan.com.
